The Genius Wave Safety & Responsible Listening
Keep the volume comfortable
The World Health Organization advises keeping personal-audio volume below about 60% of maximum and notes that both sound level and duration matter. Device output varies, so a comfortable low-to-moderate level is a sensible starting point.
Protect situational awareness
Do not use immersive headphones while driving, cycling in traffic or operating machinery. If an activity requires you to hear alarms, people or traffic, prioritize environmental awareness.
Stop if you notice discomfort
If listening causes pain, persistent ringing, dizziness or other concerning symptoms, stop playback and seek appropriate professional advice if symptoms persist.
Product expectations
